Hi everyone ...
Thats was my first try to make cake pops . I made them for my husband . It was chocolate cake with chocolate icing , but intead cover it with chocolate I covered with fondant.

It was delicious ....

Duck Baby Onesies Baby Cake ( Cakelet)

This cute Duck Baby Oneseis Baby Cake I made for my best friend Helena on her B-day but just because she just discovered that she is pregnat ..so I decided to make the special baby cake for this little one on the way. Since we dont know of is a boy or a girl ..I used yellow and actually the duck I copied from the real onesies that I bought for her .
I have never showed before how I deliver my baby cakes with bows and candles so ..here is the picture.

It was a raimbow cake ( yellow cake with colored sprinkles ..that after cooked gets all colorfull ..I love it !!!!!

Everybody loved the cake and even being just a baby cake everyone there had a piece ...
Now I need to wait until the baby shower for my next creation for this little one ...already so loved ;0)

Betty Boop Cake

This weekend I made a special cake for 4 girls ...one them is my best friend Helena ...they had a party together and the theme was BETTY BOOP .

So I decided try something that I've never done before ..challenge mylself ...
This is my first leather chaise lounge cake ...it was easier that I though with the help of my lovely husband we finish the cake at 2:30am ;0) uffff ... as he like to say he is the producer ..actually is true . I am more artistic. I really dont like to make all the measuring part ..but he is very good at it ..So we make good team together . He measures and tell me what to do ;0)))

This cake as pretty and yummy too . It was a Chocolate Swril Cake with Guiardelli chocolate . The filling was chocolate pudding and swiss merengui frosting ...

Also I made some cupcakes mathing with black and red hearts . They were chocolate cake with dark chocolate frosting ..was tasting like ice cream ..a hit !!!

So happy to share my first wedding table decoration and cakes .

These mini cakes were special made for a beautiful bride , Camila . They were mini white vases with 40 pink roses ( made one by one by hand) with pound cake , swiss meringe frosting and dolce the leche filling .

She had a special brides cake ...a mini cake that was a copy of her own dress . also the groon had his own cake .

A very different cake , but special and unique for a special and unique celebration ...love is in the air ...;0)

That was a order for a night of samba ...48 cupcakes ..half red velvet with cream cheese buttercream and half chocolate with chocolate buttercream . The tops were MMF for the flag design.

Esse foi um conjunto de cupcake formando a bandeira para uma festa brasileira de samba.
Foram 48 cupcakes , metade de chocolate com cobertura de chocolate e a outra metade de red velvet ( um bolo delicioso vermelho q eh muito tradicional aqui ).

Baby Cakes

Hi everybody ....how are you all ???
Im good and full of ideas ...these last couple of days I am in love with the little cakes that I will call BABY CAKES ;0) ....they are very very very cute .
Sometimes you want a cake but just for 2 ...or 3 people ..so they are perfect.

The come in two different sizes ..1-2 servings and 3-4 servings ...usually they are a set with matching cupcakes. You can let your imagination fly ...

I will post some pictures very soon.

Also I will post a step by step tutorial from one of the baby cakes as soon as my blog reach 50 followers ...so please help out !

This cake is my first fondant 3 tiers cake ....a special gift for a friend that was getting married ....

The botton layer was chocolate cake with brigadeiro ( brazilian sweet) and fresh strawberry . The mediun was strawberry cake with brigadeiro and fresh strawberry ...and the top layer was half chocolate and half strawberry with the same filling .

Full of pink and white MMF ...and glitter ...with gumpaste butterfly was perfect for such a special celebration ;0)

Meu primeiro bolo de 3 camadas .

Esse bolo eu fiz para uma amiga q vai casar ...ela queria branco e rosa com borboletas q era o tema do casamento ...o bolo foi para o cha de panela .

De pasta americana de marshmallow para decoracao e cobertura .

A camada de baixo era de chocolate com recheio de brigadeiro e morango.
A do meio foi bolo de morango com recheio de brigadeiro e morango ...e a de cima era meio a meio com o mesmo recheio .

As borboletas foram feitas de gumpaste e com glitter comestivel ...

Um toque especial para um momento inesquecivel ;0)

Esay ..easy to make and so much fun ...

You can make vanilla , chocolate or your favorite cake batter ...but you vanilla icing because it will be the base of your flower .
The petails are mini marshmallow ( close to 24 each) ...you cup them and drop in a bow with color granulate sugar ..they will stick super easy ... them just make with layer of your flower petails with them ...


FLOR CUPCAKES

Super facil e muito gostoso de fazer .
Vc pode usar qquer tipo de bolo , mais use uma cobertura branca pq vai ser a base das suas flores .

Corte mini marshamellow na diagonal ( 24 para cada flor) e jogue em um pote com acucar granulado colorido. O acucar vai grudar na parte q vc cortou.

Depois e soh colocar os pedacos um por um fazendo a camada das petalas ..

Super facil e lindo ;0)

Esse eh o meu Campo de golfe feito com 24 vanila cupcakes com cobertura de creme de manteiga ( buttercream icing).

O jogador de golfe eh feito com gun paste ...vc maneja como se fosse biscuit ...mais com ingredientes comestiveis em vez de cola.

They are 24 vanilla cupcakes together with buttercream icing .

The golfer was made with gum paste .

Oi Gente ...
Nos ultimos meses eu descobri uma nova paixao na minha vida ...Decoracao de bolos e cupcakes ...esse lindos bolos em copinhos q aqui nos EUA sao muito comuns ...na Inglaterra sao chamados de muffins ...enfim ...

Andei criando alguns especiais para amigos e familia ...para descobrir ate onde posso ir e o que eu consigo fazer , e descobri que usando a criatividade e a imaginacao posso criar cupcakes e bolos para todas as ocasioes .

Entao os amigos comecaram a contar para os amigos ..e sempre que encontro alguem eles pedem fotos..hihihi e eu nunca tenho .

Entao resolvi comecar esse blog ...assim voces vao poder acompanhar , fazer perguntas dar opinioes , manter contato .

Vou tambem colocar videos no Youtube onde vou ensinar receitas que eu aprendi aqui , ensinar decoracoes , a pasta americana feita de marshmallow ( que eh super facil !)entre outras coisa ...em portugues e ingles , entao procurem o video na ligua que vcs preferirem ...

Hi everybody ...

I have learned in the past couple of months that I have a new passion...cupcake and cake decoration! I used to paint and scrappbook, so creativity and imagination were already part of my life. I started to make cupcakes for friends and family and soon after that I started making cakes.

Everybody keeps asking me for pictures and tips so I decided to start this blog. I'm still learning how this works but you will be able to see my creations, ask questions, give opinions and be in touch.

I hope you like them...let me know what you think.

I will also post videos on YouTube to teach how to put the cupcakes together, how to make special details and how to make a marshmallow fondant. So please keep in touch!
